Job Title: Property Administrator – Commercial Real Estate

About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Administrator to support the daily operations of their commercial property portfolio. This role involves tenant coordination, maintenance scheduling, and administrative support to ensure efficient property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for tenant inquiries and service requests
- Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and lease documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records
- Prepare lease agreements, reports, and correspondence
- Manage property files and digital records
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Schedule and follow up on repairs and maintenance
- Liaise with vendors and contractors
- Conduct property inspections and report findings
- Process rent payments and monitor delinquencies
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property administration (commercial real estate preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI)
- Understanding of lease agreements and property operations
