Full Time, In-office Position (Edmonton or Calgary)

What You'll Do
· Educate and Advise. Use your communication and listening skills to understand our current and prospective client needs and recommend training solutions from our suite of brands and storefronts.
· Deliver Presentations. Conduct clear, engaging demos, no pressure tactics, just relationship building (one of our Core Values).
· Drive Revenue Growth. Identify and pursue sales opportunities through inbound lead management and account retention strategies.
· Manage a Sales Pipeline. Use CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and performance.
· Track and Optimize. Follow established sales processes, document activities in CRM, and complete timely follow-ups.
· Expand Our Reach. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with leadership to grow WKT's footprint across Canada.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of inside sales, account management, or B2B business development experience
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- CRM experience (FreshSales a bonus)
- Highly organized and motivated in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- Results-driven and comfortable working toward KPIs and revenue targets
- Experience selling in regulated industries is an asset
- Passion for helping businesses achieve safety, compliance, and workforce development goals
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to support occasional travel to client meetings and events
- Willingness and ability to work full-time from our Edmonton or Calgary office (this is not a remote position)
