Position: Group Travel Specialist (in-office)

Join our clients Groups Division where you will design customized travel experiences for groups. Your passion for travel and customer service will help bring remarkable journeys to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design personalized itineraries for various groups
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local partners to ensure seamless, cost-effective experiences
• Manage all aspects of bookings, from preparing quotes and proposals to handling administrative tasks and accuracy.
• Cultivate lasting client relationships, driving repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in the travel industry and travel planning an asset
• Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin fluency is required
• Excellent communication and customer service and skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple bookings
• Able to work both independently and within a team
• Familiarity with TICO requirements and group travel regulations is a plus

In-office position. Hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.
