About the Role:

We're looking for a creative, self-driven Social Media & Brand Marketing Specialist to lead our day-to-day social content, grow our TikTok presence, and help us connect with the community—online and in real life. You'll be taking the reins on our content calendar, capturing engaging content (especially short-form video), managing influencer relationships, and supporting our marketing presence at trade shows, pop-ups, and other brand events.

This is a 12-month contract with the potential for extension or future opportunities as we grow.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage the monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Capture original photo and video content in-house, including behind-the-scenes, product shots, recipes, and trend-driven videos
  • Develop and grow our TikTok presence with regular, native content tailored to the platform
  • Work closely with the Lead Designer to develop brand-forward creative assets
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships and product seeding campaigns
  • Support event and trade show prep, including signage, samples, and on-site support when needed
  • Monitor social media trends, analytics, and community engagement to continuously optimize performance
  • Be a proactive brand storyteller and team player with strong initiative

Who You Are

  • 2+ years experience in social media, content creation, or brand marketing
  • Comfortable capturing and editing social-first video content (especially for TikTok & Reels)
  • Strong grasp of social trends, meme culture, and digital storytelling
  • Excellent communicator and self-starter—you don't wait for direction to get things done
  • Bonus: You've worked in CPG, food & beverage, or with a purpose-driven brand

Contract Details

  • Full-time, 12-month contract (starting July 2025)
