About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Die-Cutting Machine Operator with hands-on experience operating Bobst machines. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality packaging, thrives in a team-driven environment, and is open to working outside standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain Bobst die-cutting machines to ensure precise and efficient production of corrugated or paperboard boxes.

• Inspect raw materials and finished products to meet quality standards and customer specifications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

• Collaborate with the production team to meet shift goals and deadlines.

• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines during machine operation.

• Maintain accurate production records and machine logs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating Bobst die-cutting machines.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Flexibility to work the evening shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
