Requirements for Success:

• Valid Food Handler Certificate
• Previous long-term care or retirement home experience
• Red Seal Certification (preferred, but not required)
• Strong knowledge of safe food preparation and sanitation practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude
• Up-to-date immunization record, including:
  • 2-step negative TB test or recent chest X-ray (within 6 months)
  • COVID-19 vaccination
  • TDaP, MMR, Hep B
• A genuine passion for preparing meals that make residents feel at home
