Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic sales & marketing plans to target new and existing clients, including coordinating with staff to meet and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Grow your client base by marketing Partner's Contract and Permanent recruiting services by phone, email, and social media to businesses.
- Meet with senior-level individuals at client companies.
- Bring orders from clients to be filled by candidates.
- Connect and interact with organizations and associations that cement your presence in the minds of local businesses.
- Set and exceed targets for business development on a weekly basis and support your team in doing the same.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in B2B (business-to-business sales), including extensive experience reaching out to C-Level business clients.
- You can develop successful sales strategies, techniques, and tactics. You know how to grow sales and will be able to identify new sources of business for Partner Staffing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills that will enhance internal communication as well as delivering an above-average presentation of candidates.
- You are self-motivated, results-driven, and embrace challenge with a solution-focused attitude
- A curious personality who is passionate about learning and diving into new experiences
