About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Gluing Machine Operator who is detail-oriented, quality-focused, and eager to contribute in a collaborative, high-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has experience operating folder-gluer machines and is committed to delivering consistent and accurate results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate folder-gluer machines to produce a variety of glued folding cartons and boxes.

• Ensure glued products meet quality and structural standards, adjusting machine settings as needed.

• Monitor equipment during runs and conduct routine checks to prevent jams, misfeeds, or gluing issues.

• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting to maximize machine uptime.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Maintain a clean and safe working area, adhering to all safety protocols.

• Accurately record production data and report any issues or downtime.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating gluing or folder-gluer machines (e.g., Bobst, Jagenberg, or equivalent).

• Knowledge of adhesives and glue application in packaging or print finishing.

• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability.

• Willingness to work the evening shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks.
