We are currently seeking a highly experienced Millwright who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. If you're the type of technician who can walk into a facility, assess a machine issue on sight, and get it up and running ASAP, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of glass manufacturing equipment, including some of below:

  • Tempering ovens

  • CNC machines

  • Heat-soaking ovens

  • IGU (Insulated Glass Unit) production lines

  • Laser etching and digital printing systems

• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime and maximize machine lifespan.

• Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and complies with safety and performance standards.

• Assist with new machine installations, setups, adjustments, and calibrations.

• Maintain accurate logs, records, and documentation of maintenance work performed.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational improvements and machine upgrades.

What We're Looking For:

• A hands-on expert who can independently assess and resolve mechanical and electrical issues without lengthy diagnostics.

• Someone with a strong background in glass, food, metal, or stone manufacturing.

• Candidates with certifications such as 433A or Red Seal are preferred.
