Role Summary
As a Consultant, Project Manager, you'll serve as the linchpin for successful project outcomes, operating seamlessly between client sites and Project X headquarters. Your primary responsibility is to oversee the end-to-end implementation of innovative solutions. Leveraging advanced change management skills and contemporary project delivery methodologies, you'll orchestrate, motivate, and synchronize key stakeholders across various domains and practices. Your ultimate objective is to mitigate risks, engineer solutions, and deliver exceptional value to customers within stringent timelines.
This position does not have any direct reports.

Major Areas of Responsibility
Delivery Excellence
Assume complete ownership and accountability for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
Employ a dynamic blend of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies to orchestrate projects efficiently, effectively managing resources and timelines.
Foster alignment among key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure unified efforts towards project goals.
Implement robust change management practices to navigate project modifications seamlessly, minimizing disruptions and ensuring smooth transitions.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including detailed daily/weekly reports to business sponsors, Directors, and other key stakeholders.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining a vigilant stance on potential challenges.
Planning
Develop comprehensive project management deliverables and processes, meticulously outlining project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and communication strategies.
Skillfully schedule and coordinate project activities, including Sprint planning and deployment of project deliverables, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely execution.
Exercise disciplined budget management, meticulously reviewing and approving costs, forecasting expenditures, and adhering to budgetary constraints.

Motivate and inspire stakeholders across diverse functional teams, both onsite and virtually, fostering a collaborative and results-driven project environment.
Harness the unique strengths and talents of individual team members, setting clear expectations, providing mentorship, and facilitating professional development opportunities.
Address customer concerns and queries with empathy and professionalism, offering clarity and reassurance in sensitive situations.
Innovation
Actively contribute to the development of proprietary assets, accelerators, methodologies, and demos that enhance project delivery efficiency and drive sales growth.
Leverage insights gained from past projects to drive continuous improvement initiatives, refining processes and methodologies to optimize future project outcomes.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Software, Business Administration, Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience.
4-7 years of project management experience delivering technical, cross-functional projects end-to-end.
Proven success managing Business Intelligence or Data Warehouse initiatives, including SaaS and cloud implementations.
Familiarity with technologies such as Snowflake, Salesforce, Azure, AWS, and security solutions.
PMI/PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
