Distribution Supervisor
Our client, a leading national distributor, is looking for a Distribution Supervisor to lead the evening shift at their Lower Mainland location. The role focuses on supervising warehouse staff, managing product picking and loading, and ensuring operational efficiency and cleanliness of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Oversee daily operations in order picking shift primarily.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless customer service.
• Meet and exceed productivity and accuracy standards.
• Provide training and assess staffing needs.
• Other as required

Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience in transportation, operations, or distribution.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
• Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Salary - 70-75,000 plus bonus, pension, benefits, vacation.
