What You'll Do
You'll support our Talent & Culture team with:
Day-to-Day Administration
Keep employee records updated and organized
Draft offer letters, contracts, and internal memos
Support internal communication efforts and department logistics
Recruitment & Onboarding
Post jobs, screen applications, and assist in offer coordination
Help new hires feel welcome from Day 1
Track recruitment metrics
LinkedIn & Internal Communications
Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence in line with our brand
Help build a quarterly content calendar and track performance
Support storytelling that celebrates our colleagues
Training & Development
Maintain training records
Coordinate logistics
Employee Experience & Relations
Be a friendly first point of contact for colleague questions
Keep our Heart of House communication boards up to date
Support with engagement initiatives, events, and recognition
Systems & Reporting
Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy
Generate reports and assist with audits and compliance
What You Bring
A degree or diploma in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 1 year of HR/People Operations, administration, or customer service experience
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
A proactive, solution-focused mindset
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS is a plus
