Western Toyota is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Financial Services Manager to join our team in Corner Brook, Newfoundland. The Financial Services Manager will be supporting our sales team by providing seamless and professional customer service; your motivation and positive attitude will be a key component in our sales team.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Administration of financing, leasing, protection plans, and insurance products for new and used vehicles
• Process credit applications and secure financing through approved financial institutions
• Achieve customer satisfaction by presenting customers with products designed to protect their investments
• Collaborate with the sales team and deliver outstanding service
• Work with customers to create tailored financing options and provide advice on credit improvement strategies
• Maintain positive relationships with lenders and product providers

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Financial Services Manager or F&I Manager in an automotive dealership would definitely make your application stand out
• Strong knowledge of credit ratings and automotive finance options
• Proven customer service experience and leadership skills
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and financial software.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and skilled in time management.
• Valid provincial drivers license with clean abstract and clean background check
