Join a leading organization in the food industry as a Bilingual Credit Representative. This is a Monday to Friday hybrid opportunity, with 3 in-office days of your choice and a flexible start time between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts for credit approvals and timely payment collection
- Release customer orders within credit terms and limits
- Investigate and resolve deductions, short payments, and claims using SAP
- Partner with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain) to resolve disputes
- Support monthly portfolio reviews and assist with account analysis for settlements
- 2+ years of experience in collections and deduction resolution
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Strong communication, reconciliation, and organizational skills
- Experience with SAP and bilingualism in French and English is required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
