Bilingual Credit Representative (Temporary – Hybrid) Etobicoke, ON | 3-month contract with potential extension
Join a leading organization in the food industry as a Bilingual Credit Representative. This is a Monday to Friday hybrid opportunity, with 3 in-office days of your choice and a flexible start time between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts for credit approvals and timely payment collection
• Release customer orders within credit terms and limits
• Investigate and resolve deductions, short payments, and claims using SAP
• Partner with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain) to resolve disputes
• Support monthly portfolio reviews and assist with account analysis for settlements

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in collections and deduction resolution
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Strong communication, reconciliation, and organizational skills
• Experience with SAP and bilingualism in French and English is required
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
