Compensation:

• $21.50 CAD per hour

• Flexible schedule: Work from home and set your own hours within the following time frame:

  • Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 10 PM EST

  • Saturday: 9 AM to 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat

• Schedule appointments and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues

• Maintain high performance standards and meet personal and team goals

Qualifications:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

• Comfortable with technology (Windows proficiency) and able to type at least 40 words per minute

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with relevant experience

• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week (with no maximum limit)
