We are seeking a Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team at our ALCOHOL FREE Bottle Shop + Tasting Bar! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product information, recommendations and assisting with purchases.
Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries
• Provide information about all of our products
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Restocking shelves
• unloading new inventory and completing inventory counts
• Opening/Closing the store
• General cleaning

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of alcohol free products would be ideal
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hours:

• Wednesday 4pm-8pm (may become full time in summer)
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday 11am-8pm
• Sunday 11am - 6pm
