About the Opportunity

The Digital Marketing team within UJAs Creative
Department drives the organizations digital presence across platforms. Were
seeking a technically savvy Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to lead the execution of UJAs digital strategy across web, email, social media, advertising, and more. This role ensures UJAs digital presence reflects best-in-class practices while supporting cross-organizational campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, web updates, Google and social ads, and analytics.
  • Lead implementation of UJAs digital products and ensure all digital deliverables are met on time and to standard.
  • Manage UJAs web presence and oversee user experience, web analytics, lead generation tools, and digital asset organization.
  • Build optimize
    and measure email campaigns, nurture programs, and automation flows; manage prospect lists and segmentation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholdersincluding marketing managers, fundraisers, and program leadsto advise on digital solutions.
  • Work closely with IT and Salesforce teams to ensure digital systems are integrated and consistent across departments.
  • Organize and manage projects using tools like Wrike.
  • Recruit, motivate, develop, coach, mentor and retain talent to deliver impactful results; champion a flexible, agile, and inclusive work environment, prioritizing health and well-being of team.
  • Manage a team of 3 Digital Marketing Specialists and a Web manager.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in digital marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience managing and developing talent; passionate about helping people learn and grow.
  • Must have experience with digital tools and platforms including website analytics, form creation, Salesforce, and email marketing systems Pardot.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues, stakeholders, and lay leadership.
  • Proactive with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities with excellent attention to detail; strategic thinker.
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, innovation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with the Toronto Jewish community and/or experience in Jewish Communal Service considered an asset.

*This is a full-time permanent position, Union Level 6. At UJA we support a flexible work schedule and all of our employees engage in hybrid work. In addition to a rich time-off policy, UJAs offices are closed on all Jewish holy days (yom tov) and we support early office closures to observe the Jewish Sabbath (Shabbat).
