The Account/Project Manager will oversee outdoor landscape construction projects from start to finish, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the client's satisfaction while maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact for clients and internal teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution.
- Verify onsite measurements (e.g., pool dimensions, layout markings).
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services.
- Assist with material takeoffs (MTOs) and collaborate with sales during project handoffs.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to improve workflows.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Document warranty issues with photo evidence.
- Attend municipal meetings for permits and compliance.
- Oversee bidding and execution of municipal landscape projects.
Requirements:
- Valid G-Class Driver's License (mandatory) – frequent travel to job sites.
- Company vehicle will be provided for all work use.
- Proven experience managing projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in construction, landscaping, or related trades preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications.
- Comfortable dealing with municipalities, inspectors, and permitting processes.
