A a reputed financial services company in downtown Toronto.

What you must bring to the role

  • Project Management experience on a fund accounting project is mandatory
  • 8 to 10 years project management-related experience in banking
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Proven track record of successfully managing major business transformation projects
  • Expertise in collaborating effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders
  • Excellent decision-making skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to obtain results by assisting and influencing the work of others Analytical skills to ensure objectives are properly represented in project and communication plans
  • Ability to clearly identify and communicate the status and progress of project
  • Expertise to anticipate, recognize and resolve issues concerning the project objectives
  • Strong planning, organizational, monitoring and administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate relationships

What you will achieve in the role

  • Develop all project plans to achieve the objectives of the projects
  • Anticipate and take appropriate action to address developments that could potentially affect the achievement of the work plan
  • Manage expenses, budget and overall administration of the project
  • Share and transfer knowledge to support business areas
