Job Summary:

The Financial Consultant FP&A Lead ( 6 months Contract) is responsible for managing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes for the organization. This role will partner closely with business leaders to provide strategic financial insights, support decision-making, and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of the company's annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Provide detailed financial analysis, performance tracking, and reporting to senior management.
• Develop financial models to support business cases, investment opportunities, and operational initiatives.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and trends, providing actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR, Marketing) to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
• Deliver monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards.
• Support the preparation of board materials, investor presentations, and ad-hoc financial reports.
• Continuously improve financial processes, reporting tools, and data accuracy.
• Mentor and guide junior FP&A analysts (if applicable).

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in a multinational or complex business environment.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting system skills (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Hyperion).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
• Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
