We're looking for a Senior Account Executive who's ready to lead plays, coach teammates, and help propel the team to victory with big ideas and even bigger execution. If you're a creative thinker, a social whizz kid, influencer matchmaker, and a trusted client partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you might be our next MVP. Are you ready to get in the game?

  • Lead day to day client relations managing updates, timelines, and deliverables
  • Lead status calls and contribute to client meetings, ensuring clarity, direction, and actionable outcomes

Media & Influencer Relations

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media, editors, and influencers across lifestyle, consumer, and business sectors
  • Execute high-impact media outreach to secure tier-one coverage and measurable results
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on media pitching, relationship building, and influencer partnerships
  • Evaluate and negotiate strategic influencer collaborations with an eye for creative content and authentic brand alignment

Content & Creative Direction

  • Translate insights, trends, and industry news into relevant and actionable opportunities for clients
  • Draft and provide oversight on a wide range of PR materials including press releases, pitches, fact sheets, messaging documents, content calendars, social copy, and influencer briefs
  • Lead and contribute to brainstorms, fostering a space where bold, disruptive thinking is encouraged

Management & Team Mentorship

  • Manage and mentor Account Executives and Interns, providing ongoing feedback and supporting career growth
  • Support business development by contributing to proposals, pitches, and prospect research
  • Support team leads in the development of client expense budgets, research cost estimates and suppliers

Our top draft pick:

  • Insatiable hunger to always deliver your best and go the extra mile

Bonus Points For:
