Location: Windsor (preferrable) or Toronto (North York)
Duration: 6 months to start - high chance of extension
Hybrid Model: 2 days a week on site / 24x7 on-call support on a rotating basis and ability to work occasional early or late shifts to support changes
Start date: End of June
Requirements:
- 4+ years of total experience - looking for someone who is eager to learn new things and work with a senior team member as a mentor.
- Experience with Telephony tech (Avaya including Avaya Aura Contact Center, Nuance IVR)
- Experience with Contact Center applications (Verint WFO and EM)
- Experience with SIP trunks, PBX, VoIP
- A degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related discipline
- Bilingual French/English would be an asset
- Have to be open to 24x7 on-call support on a rotating basis
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, design, implementation and operation of complex Telephony Infrastructure systems that include the following services: IP telephony, IVR Systems, Contact Center services and applications, Data Center networking environments
- Monitor network telephony performance and capacity
- Performance monitoring and baseline analysis
- Responsible to comply with corporate IT and Security policies
