Job Description: We seek a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst will be critical in supporting our organization's financial health. The position involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making and ensure efficient resource use.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze financial data and prepare detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.

· Conduct budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis to ensure alignment with company objectives.

· Contribute to inventory forecasting and management to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.

· Prepare financial reports and data and liaise with the accountants' team for tax filing and compliance.

· Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations that drive profitability and cost efficiency.

· Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes by reconciling accounts and preparing journal entries.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into trends, risks, and opportunities.

· Assist in preparing presentations for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and recommendations.

· Stay updated on industry trends and financial regulations to ensure compliance and maintain best practices.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.

· Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

· Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools).

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

· Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $60,000 - $68,000 /Annually
