As we continue to expand our service offerings, we are seeking a dynamic leader to take ownership of our Organizational Change Management & Culture Transformation practice.

The Opportunity

As the Practice Lead, you will be responsible for leading and growing OXARO's Change Management service line. You will work closely with public sector clients—particularly on general advisory and technology projects—while building and mentoring a high-performing team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of change management consulting in Ottawa and make a

significant impact on both our clients and our firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Organizational Change Management & Culture Transformation practice, setting the vision, strategy, and operational plan for growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to public sector clients, guiding them through complex transformation initiatives.
• Oversee the delivery of change management and culture transformation projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Build, mentor, and manage a growing team of change management professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Ottawa public sector community.
• Drive business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations, and thought leadership.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements, including maintaining Reliability clearance and eligibility for Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in organizational change management, with a strong track record in the public sector and transformation projects.
• Local Ottawa experience and established network within the public sector.
• Active Reliability security clearance and eligibility for Secret clearance.
• Recognized certifications such as PROSCI, ADKAR, and PMP.
• Demonstrated experience building and leading teams.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and deliver results in a consulting environment.
