Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth fundamental research on global equities, including both long and short investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support valuation, scenario analysis, and risk assessment.
- Monitor portfolio positions by updating models, tracking key news and catalysts, and issuing actionable buy/sell/hold recommendations.
- Interface regularly with sell-side analysts and company management to gather insights on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and business performance, integrating findings into investment theses and portfolio strategy.
- Perform deep-dive research across high-growth sectors such as electric vehicles (EV), artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductors, and renewable energy technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Science, Commerce or Electrical or Chemical Engineering Preferred)
- Interest in stocks, tech investments and innovation
- Expertise with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
