Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage elevator modernization projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Read and interpret electrical, layout, and design drawings/schematics to guide project execution.
• Serve as the primary liaison for consultants, clients, and sub trades, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare project documentation, including proposals, work schedules, and progress reports.
