Were seeking a Campaign Manager to lead customer acquisition and expansion marketing initiatives across the Canadian market. This role is perfect for candidates with a background in Field Marketing or Sales Enablement Marketing, who understand how to bridge the gap between marketing and sales to drive pipeline, customer engagement, and revenue outcomes.
As a key member of our Growth & Integrated Marketing team, youll partner closely with sales, product marketing, and other stakeholders to develop and execute bold, data-informed campaigns. This role is based out of our Toronto office and operates in a hybrid capacity.
What Youll Do:
- Plan and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns targeting new customer acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales to create and activate field-level campaigns, sales plays, digital offers, webinars, and ABM tactics.
- Translate business goals into measurable marketing strategies tailored to regional and segment-specific needs.
- Leverage buyer journey insights to deliver the right messaging, offers, and content at the right time.
- Own campaign performance reporting, using data to optimize tactics and communicate impact to internal stakeholders.
- Partner with inbound and performance marketing teams to improve conversion rates and drive marketing-sourced pipeline and ARR.
- Align with the Brand team to ensure consistency across channels and creative assets.
What Were Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketingideally in field marketing, sales enablement, or demand generation roles within a SaaS or high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to run multi-channel campaigns that influence pipeline and revenue.
- Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, sales alignment, and the nuances of regional marketing execution.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and campaign analytics dashboards.
- Clear communicator with a bias for action and strong collaboration skills across sales and marketing teams.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- A passion for campaign strategy, testing new ideas, and delivering measurable business results.
