About the Role:
We're looking for a young, energetic, and driven Sales Representative who's excited to be part of a close-knit team. You'll play a key role in finding new customers, developing relationships, and supporting both our clients and field crews. You'll also help coordinate jobs and ensure a smooth experience from first contact through job completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new leads and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue
- Represent Influx Electric at networking events, site visits, and client meetings
- Coordinate with electricians and project managers to ensure smooth job handoffs
- Support customer onboarding and ongoing communication
- Maintain CRM records, prepare quotes, and follow up on proposals
- Gather market feedback and help refine our sales approach
- Energetic, confident, and eager to grow with a fast-moving company
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, team-based environment
- Comfortable working in and around construction and trades environments
- Sales experience is an asset; experience in trades or construction is a bonus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed
