What your skillsets are:

  • Bring proven automotive sales management experience (import brand experience preferred)
  • Lead with integrity, enthusiasm, and a clear focus on results
  • Know how to develop people and build a motivated, high-performing sales team
  • Understand the importance of consistent process and great customer experience
  • Are passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and the community
  • Excel in a fast-paced, competitive dealership environment

What You'll Bring:

  • 1–2+ years of import automotive sales management experience (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • A hands-on approach to coaching and developing talent
  • A valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License and AMVIC license
