Duties include but are not limited to:
- Shift supervision of restaurant and team to ensure smooth operation
- Attention to detail on health and safety, food safety, and operations standards
- Some baking and kitchen prep where necessary
- Limited administrative duties
- Ability to think and adapt to change at any given point throughout the shift
