JD and Key Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a technical management role.
- Hands-on experience with technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, Microservices.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including BSAs, developers, QA, and DevOps across onshore and offshore locations.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand requirements, define scope, and manage expectations.
- Provide technical guidance in Java/Spring Boot, Angular, and other web technologies.
- Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile/SAFe environment.
- Ensure delivery compliance with performance KPIs, SLAs, and governance standards.
- Participate in technical solutioning, estimations, and resource planning.
- Identify risks and work on mitigation strategies proactively.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
