Armour is currently hiring a Reefer or Trailer Technician in Moncton, New Brunswick & Dartmouth, NS Reefer Technician- Minimum of 5 years experience in transport and refrigeration required.
- Background working on Carrier Reefers an asset.
- Ability to work independently.
- Able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair truck and trailer refrigeration units.
- Performs preventative and scheduled maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to manufacturers' specs
- Write explanations of work performed, review work orders.
- Charge out all parts used for the specific task
- Licensed Commercial Trailer Technician Certification would be an asset
- Licensed or apprentice as a Heavy-Duty Technician would be an asset
- Knowledge of Heavy Truck Garage safety principles and behaviours
- Experience in fabrication, welding, and/or tailgate repairs is an asset
- Valid Class 5

- What You'll Need to Drive with team Armour:
- Be a Licensed Journeyman or be currently enrolled in an apprentice program
- Possess a valid driver's license
