About Our Client: Our client has been helping veterinarians and owners care for their pets for many years. Their mission is to help provide the best products to care for the pets who make our lives whole. They strive to formulate and produce quality products that help pets live a quality life for as long as possible. As the company has grown rapidly, they are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team! This role will be a full-time 18-month contract based in their Burlington Head Office.
Job Summary: In this role, you will report to the Office & Operations Manager and the CEO. You will take on a variety of duties, including supporting the team's marketing initiatives and managing day-to-day operations. You will work in a multi-faceted position where you will coordinate trade shows and events, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and handle a range of administrative responsibilities for the team. To thrive in this role, you will be a self-starter with strong organizational skills and an excellent eye for detail.

Your Day to Day will include:
- Trade show and event planning coordination, logistics, and execution in Canada, U.S., UK, Europe & Australia
- Sourcing trade show displays/booths and other various marketing items as required
- Coordinating & tracking Territory Manager sample and literature orders, including budget reporting
- Ordering, facilitating and keeping track of all marketing literature inventory
- Primary point of contact for wholesaler support for marketing needs in Canada, U.S., UK, Europe & Australia
- Organizing and coordinating Sales Meetings and retreats, including travel arrangements
- Prepare basic reports and data summaries as needed
- Assisting in overload situations in the office with administrative needs
You'll be a great fit if you possess:
- Post-Secondary education in business, marketing and/or administration is an asset
- Minimum 12 months experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Previous experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) and/or CRM system (HubSpot) in an asset
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Outstanding organization, coordination and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, interpersonal and relationship skills
- Ability to function well independently and in a team-oriented environment with a willingness to be flexible with job requirements
- Experience in the Animal Health industry is an asset
