As a Board Member, you will play a vital role in guiding the strategic direction of our home, ensuring the highest standards of care, transparency, and sustainability.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Bring expertise: Experience in governance, healthcare, finance, education, law, HR, communications, or community leadership
- Show commitment: A deep dedication to the care and dignity of seniors.
- Contribute meaningfully: A willingness to invest time and expertise to support our mission
- Collaborate effectively: The ability to work as part of a diverse, dedicated team.
- Regular board meetings: Participate in approximately 10 meetings per year
- Committee Involvement: Serve on board committees as needed
- Strategic Support: Champion and support the initiatives and policy development that drive excellence in long-term care.
- Advocacy: Be an influential advocate for quality care solutions and sustainability within the home.
