Reception & Admin Assistant – Full-Time
Pay: $20-$22 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: In-office
We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and hardworking individual to join our Reception team. This role combines customer service, administrative duties, and light logistics support in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Answer and manage a 10-line phone system
- Greet and assist clients, vendors, and staff with professionalism
- Ensure a positive experience for every caller and visitor
Order Fulfillment & Invoicing
- Accurately invoice completed orders using QuickBooks
- Notify clients when orders are ready and process payments
- Handle local and out-of-town shipments, ensuring on-time delivery
- Occasionally lift boxes (up to 30 lbs) and assist on the warehouse floor
Administrative Support
- Perform general office tasks (filing, coffee, tidiness, stocking refreshments)
- Book company events and manage supply inventory
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance services
- Support mailing department with regulated mail tasks (data cleansing, documentation, etc.)
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of office admin experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- QuickBooks experience (preferred)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Courier/shipping experience is a plus
- Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and working in a warehouse environment
