Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Shift Shipper to support our e-commerce and wholesale operations. This role is responsible for processing, packing, and shipping customer orders using Business Central, Insight Works, and FedEx Ship Manager. Working independently after regular business hours, the ideal candidate must be highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of maintaining high accuracy while meeting shipping deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and fulfill e-commerce orders using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Insight Works modules.
• Collaborate with a packer to ensure items are properly packed and labelled for shipment.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation using FedEx Ship Manager for wholesale and e-commerce orders.
• Verify order accuracy, including SKUs, quantities, and shipping details.
• Review open shipments and ensure all picked orders have been processed, reporting any discrepancies to the Manager.
• Follow all company policies and shipping regulations to ensure compliance.
• Label items or pallets per customer or carrier requirements.
• Keep the shipping area clean, safe, and organized.
• Restock packing stations at the end of the shift to prepare for the next day.
• Document completed work or leave shift notes for the Warehouse Manager and Director of Operations.
• Follow all company safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
• Work independently during evening hours with minimal supervision.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping, order fulfillment, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Prior experience with Business Central, Insight Works, or similar ERP/WMS systems is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with FedEx Ship Manager or other shipping platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable lifting and moving packages up to 20 lbs.
• Dependable and comfortable working a night shift schedule.

Shift Details:

• Regular hours: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday–Friday (subject to adjustment based on business needs)
• Occasional weekend or overtime work may be required
