Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in building and refining operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency and support company expansion. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can develop scalable systems for onboarding, training, and hiring. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business operations in the construction or renovation industry, with a proven track record of optimizing processes for growth and operational excellence. Experience in scaling operations at a national level is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Design and oversee onboarding, training, and hiring programs to build a skilled workforce.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to support national expansion.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish company-wide growth strategies.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and local building codes.
• Create and manage performance metrics to track operational success.
• Foster a strong company culture and support employee development initiatives.
• Conduct financial forecasting and risk assessments to ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the construction or renovation industry.
• Proven experience in scaling operations at a national level.

• Experience in building and implementing processes for onboarding, training, and hiring.
• Proficiency in project management software and operational tools.
