SALARY: $74,932 – $88,140

ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT:
As a key member of the People and Culture team, the Coordinator will support the execution of training, engagement, and organizational initiatives through high-quality logistical coordination, communications, and documentation support. This role is ideal for someone with strong planning and administrative skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a passion for employee experience and organizational culture.
MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate learning and development logistics: schedule and support in-person and virtual learning events, onboardings, and workshops; prepare branded training materials; manage LMS documentation and digital learning content.
  • Support organizational engagement initiatives: assist in coordinating employee engagement events, such as surveys and recognition programs; help track action items and contribute to planning meetings and communication materials.
  • Deliver event and change logistics: provide logistical support for change initiatives and employee events (e.g., town halls, DEI events); book venues, handle registration and catering, and provide on-site or virtual hosting support.
  • Support DEI programming: assist with administrative coordination and tracking of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives; manage DEI-related documentation, participation tracking, and committee logistics.
  • Document and program support: maintain records and documentation repositories; prepare meeting agendas and communications; coordinate shared service requests and ensure timelines for People and Culture initiatives are met. Complete data entry, meeting minutes, or preparing reports as required.
  • Policy maintenance: help develop, update, and maintain administrative policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and appropriate resources are available.
  • Order and maintain department office supplies.
  • Travel may be required to assist with events across our organizational centers.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Advanced College Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or program support role, particularly with documentation and materials in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Prior experience supporting HR, training, employee engagement, or communications functions is an asset
  • Experience with survey tools (e.g., Microsoft Forms, SurveyMonkey) and virtual platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom) is preferred
  • Training or certification in project coordination, instructional design, or change management is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with SharePoint or LMS platforms
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
