We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with deep knowledge of the mining industry and a strong background in field sales. In this role, you'll identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet complex operational needs. This is not a transactional sales roleits about value-driven, solution-based selling in a highly specialized market.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing and post-sale support
Develop and grow a pipeline of new accounts within the mining and industrial sectors
Identify and deliver customized solutions that meet complex client needs
Conduct on-site field sales visits, presentations, and product demos
Work closely with operations, engineering, and leadership to drive client satisfaction
Achieve and exceed a sales quota of $2M+ annually
- Proven experience in the mining sector sales or with general contractors serving the mining industry
Strong field sales background with the ability to travel as needed
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Track record of success in solution selling within a structured corporate environment
Ability to manage long sales cycles and cultivate high-value opportunities
Experience selling power generation, rental equipment, or other technical solutions to the mining sector
Familiarity with value-based selling strategies (not just transactional)
Strong network within mining operations and industrial contractors
