Coastal Auto & Tire Centre, a busy automotive repair shop in Burnaby, BC, is looking for a Service / Parts Advisor to start as soon as possible.

Duties include:

• Booking customer appointments
• Communicating with customers about their vehicle
• Processing/collecting payments
• Parking/moving vehicles
• Tracking parts ordered / place delivered parts at vehicle bay
• Picking up packages as required
• Regular office maintenance

Knowledge and skills required:

• General automotive industry experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and retain customer satisfaction
• Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues
• Knowledgeable on a computer, and using different software programs
• Valid British Columbia driver's license.
• Clean driving history

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

Requirement: Drivers Licence required with a clean driving history. Proficient with a computer. English language.
