About the Role:
As an Intermediate Paralegal specializing in Corporate Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our dedicated and dynamic Corporate Services Department. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, efficient, and timely service to lawyers and clients, handling tasks that require an in-depth understanding of the Business Corporations Act (BC) and Canada Business Corporations Act. You will be responsible for preparing various legal documents, conducting corporate searches across Canada, and offering guidance and support to junior paralegals. Liaising with law clerks from other offices to manage corporate matters will also be part of your remit.

What You Bring:
  • A paralegal diploma from a recognized institution with at least five years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise with ALF and BC Online, and Corporations Canada.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and an adeptness at multitasking and managing priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
