As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support our team and keep our virtual office running smoothly.
Position Summary:
As our Remote Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to our consultants and leadership team. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to manage schedules, coordinate communications, and handle a range of behind-the-scenes tasks that are vital to our success. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who thrives in a virtual work environment and enjoys keeping things organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and schedule meetings across multiple time zones
Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes
Handle email correspondence and respond to routine inquiries
Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading
Organize digital files and maintain cloud-based records and databases
Process invoices, expense reports, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
Support internal projects and team communications
Perform general administrative tasks to support daily business operations
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Tech-savvy and comfortable using virtual tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com)
High level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion
Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
Nice to Have:
Previous experience supporting a consulting or professional services firm
Familiarity with CRM tools or light bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks)
