Matrix HR is seeking a skilled Lube-Oil Flushing Specialist. In this key role, you will be responsible for executing API 614 lube-oil flushing procedures, ensuring optimal performance and system integrity by removing contaminants from rotating equipment. Role Summary:

• Execute API 614 lube oil flushing procedures, ensuring contaminant removal and system integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and perform hot/cold lube oil flushes per API 614 standards
• Operate flushing skids, heaters, and filtration units
• Sample oil and send for lab analysis; interpret results
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for valve lineups and pump runs
• Maintain detailed flushing logs and compliance documentation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience in lube oil flushing or rotating equipment maintenance
• Proficient with API 614 and ISO cleanliness standards
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and thermodynamic controls
• Certifications: H2S Alive, TDG, and work at height as required
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
