Our client is a growing firm seeking a dedicated individual to help build out the Family Law Practice and commit to being a long-term member of the team. There is potential for the right candidate to become a partner/shareholder in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients on family law matters

• Draft legal documents

• Conduct legal research

• Represent clients in court

• Negotiate settlements

Qualifications:

• Expertise and experience in Family Law

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong legal research and writing abilities

• Experience drafting legal documents and representing clients in court

• Ability to manage pressure and handle sensitive matters professionally

• Licensed to practice law in Ontario

• Additional languages spoken is a plus
