Job Title: Sr Scrum Master (Strong Financial Services experience)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid Position – 3 Days onsite every week)

Duration: Long Term Contract Role

Job Description:

• 10+ years of Project Management experience managing large scale initiatives with significant complexity and value delivering multiple technical, business, and operations, working both with in house and with vendor partners.
• Must have extensive experience working for Financial Services clients.
• Experience delivering complex IT projects (>$2MM)
• Strong Accountability & Ownership- this person will be solely responsible as PM for delivering the project.
• Good with complex dependencies - multiple other projects have an impact on this project's solution and timelines, and will need to be tracked.
• Comfortable working with agile teams- project team is completely Agile. Need someone experienced as a Seasoned Scrum Master.
• Willingness to learn and be coached

Nice to have skills

• Experience with project governance documentation and Cloud governance is a plus
