Matrix HR is seeking Fluid Management Technicians to support vital wellhead and processing operations across Western Canada. This is a high-impact role with a competitive pay rate of $45/hour, offering hands-on experience in fluid transfer, mixing, and on-site analysis. Role Summary:

• Oversee fluid transfers, mixing, and analysis on site; maintain equipment integrity and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate pumps, blenders, and frac tanks
• Monitor fluid properties and adjust blends per engineer specs
• Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
• Document fluid volumes, additives, and disposal records
• Adhere to environmental, HSE, and client specific guidelines

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' fluid management or stimulant handling experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude; basic hydraulics knowledge
• Familiarity with API, NACE, or equivalent standards
• Valid H2S Alive, TDG, and confined space certifications
• Excellent record keeping and problem solving skills
