Harley Davidson Winnipeg is looking for a Receptionist to join our front-line team and be the welcoming face of our dealership.
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you'll set the tone for the customer experience and provide critical support across departments. If you're organized, friendly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet all customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and inquiries
Maintain the front desk and reception area in a clean and organized manner
Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries
Provide administrative support to the Sales, Service, and Parts teams
Assist with appointment scheduling and data entry
Handle general dealership inquiries and route them appropriately
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, etc.)
Previous experience in a reception or administrative role preferred
Must be available on Saturday's
