What You'll Do

• Provide professional optical advice and ensure accurate fittings for customers
• Assist customers in selecting lenses and frames that match their prescription and personal style
• Help customers in verfying insurance balance and claim insurance
• Perform adjustments, repairs, and inspections of eyewear
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience in a warm, welcoming environment
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and uphold store presentation
• Support remote eye exams where applicable (training provided)

Who You Are

• Licensed Optician in British Columbia (required)
• Passionate about eyewear, fashion, and helping customers look and feel their best
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high service standards
• Previous experience in optical or retail sales is a plus
• Comfortable with multitasking and using computers—we are fully digital
