We're looking for a passionate and hands-on Floor Manager to join our growing team. This full-time role offers $23-$25/hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across the restaurant and lounge, stepping in wherever needed
• Ensure smooth and efficient service with a guest-first mindset
• Lead and support front-of-house team members through training, motivation, and ongoing development
• Maintain high standards of service and assist in resolving guest concerns or operational issues in real time
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Foster a respectful, team-oriented, and positive work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting (supervisory experience is a strong asset)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team-first approach with a desire to grow and lead
• Flexible availability - including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with tools like Toast POS, OpenTable, and Microsoft Office is a plus
• Experience with Italian cuisine or boutique hotel operations considered an asset
