You will be at the forefront of managing and evolving our client's CRM platform, with a strong focus on leveraging the Adobe Suite of products. This is an exciting opportunity to own our client's customer data strategy and drive impactful marketing initiatives through innovation and collaboration.
This is a 12-month contract, which requires the talent to work onsite 4 days per week at our client's office in Mississauga.
Your Impact:
- Strategic Data Leadership (70%): Lead the development and implementation of our client's CRM 2.0 vision, focusing on maximizing the value of our Zero-Party and First-Party data within the Adobe ecosystem (CDP, Campaign Manager V8, AAM). You will work closely with business leaders to identify opportunities to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven insights. This includes overseeing the seamless integration of systems and ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with HQ expectations.
- Data Integrity and Governance: You will be the guardian of their marketing data, ensuring its integrity, quality, and consistency across all platforms. This involves owning the maintenance and troubleshooting of our client's CDP and Adobe Campaign Manager V8, as well as enforcing robust data governance and compliance protocols in line with global policy and Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA, GDPR, CASL).
- Innovation and Collaboration (30%): You will be a champion for data-driven decision-making, working with agencies and internal teams to activate audience insights for optimal campaign performance. You will also drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance CRM effectiveness, document key processes, and continuously explore new technologies and data sources to improve segmentation, personalization, and automation capabilities. You will play a key role in enhancing customer engagement through AI-driven insights and real-time data activation strategies.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in CRM platform management or a similar data-focused marketing role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing direct or digital marketing campaigns (B2B and B2C), including database management, email, push notifications, and SMS marketing.
- Experience in managing loyalty programs and lifecycle-based communication strategies.
- A strong understanding of Canadian data privacy regulations (PIPEDA and CASL).
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and analytics tools, with a strong emphasis on the Adobe Marketing Cloud (Campaign, Audience Manager, Analytics), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze.
- Proven ability to work with complex database marketing techniques, including platform setup, segmentation, data feeds, and a solid understanding of the legal landscape in Canada.
- A strong strategic understanding of customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies.
- Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous approach to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
